Loving the mountains of Ruidoso.....no bears yet...but have my camera ready. This year Ruidoso had a late COLD, COLD freeze soall the fruit trees are bare. Last year our bears came for the fruit (cherries, apricots,
apples, etc)...the neighbors said they have seen a couple of bear sighting...they were
here for water!
Great weather highs near 75 degrees...and lows in the high 40s.....such a change from
Austin's HOT SPRING weather this year. Off to relax and enjoy the beginning of my
summer.....this mini-vaca to the cabin for 10 days and then a 10+ day trip to NOLA/
Western Carribean (via cruise)....then to Las Vegas. Hopefully....between those little
trips there will be many days of reading and staying in my jammies all day long!
